How do we charge?
We don't provide these services for free but we do operate on a "no-win,no-fee" basis. Our fee varies depending on the complexity of the application process and also on whether we are involved in the delivery of the project itself. The maximum we charge is 10% of the financing secured and we endeavour to keep the costs as low as possible so that the services are accessible to those who need them most.
